毅行者 2006招募隊員


簡 介 : 『毅行者』由國際發展及救援機構樂施會主辦之週年慈善盛事。 公司每年都積極支持及贊助此項盛事, 而『毅行者』亦預留數隊名額予公司員工組隊參加。 由員工組成之參加隊伍, 報名費將由公司贊助繳付, 惟每隊參加之隊伍必須承諾為『毅行者』籌募基本善款港幣陸仟伍佰元正。


日 期 : 二○○六年十一月十日〈星期五〉至十二日〈星期日〉

行 程 : 起點在西貢北潭湧，以屯門掃管笏寶龍軍營為終點

隊 數 : 如參加隊數超過『毅行者』預留之名額, 則採取抽籤方法決定。


挑戰難度 : 『毅行者』需於四十八小時內，日以繼夜由東至西橫跨新界八個郊野公園，行畢全長100公里的麥理浩徑。而每隊四位隊員, 必須同一時間抵達終點方為完成。


費 用 : 報名費由公司贊助，惟『毅行者』是一項籌款活動，每隊必須為『毅行者慈善基金』最少籌集善款港幣六仟伍佰元, 如所屬隊伍籌款不足港幣六仟伍佰元，樂施會有權拒絕其隊員參加日後之『毅行者』活動, 希望各位參加之隊伍, 能積極籌募善款，共襄善舉。


報名辦法 : 只要你具有強健的體魄，不屈的精神，勇於向難度挑戰，不要猶疑，立即組隊，於七月十八日〈星期二〉前，填妥附頁報名表格，寄回或傳真2785-5522 電訊盈科體育館 LSC 5/F 收。


備 註 : 康體事務部將為各參加隊伍提供毅行者之須知講座及供應出席活動時之制服及基本糧食。

PCCW Sports Complex

Recruitment of Teams for Trailwalker 2006





Introduction : 「Trailwalker」 is an annual Charitable Event organised by Oxfam Hong Kong. PCCW also gave great support and sponsorship to this meaningful event and the organiser will reserve some quota of participation teams for PCCW.

Again this year, PCCW will sponsor all teams formed by our staff the entry fees. However, all participating teams have the responsibility to pledge a minimum donation of HK$6,500.


Date : 10-12 November 2006 (Friday-Sunday)

Route : From Pak Tam Chung, Saikung to Perowne Barracks, Tuen Mun

No. of Teams : If the teams of entrant exceeded the quota of teams from Oxfam, a draw will be held to decide the participating teams.


Challenges : All Trailwalkers are needed to complete the route within 48 hours. The route is 100KM Maclehose Trail which runs in an east-west direction through eight country parks and about 20 hills in the New Territories. All 4 members of each team must arrive the finishing point at the same time.


Fees : PCCW will sponsor all teams with entry fees. However, as it is a charitable event, each team has the obligation to pledge a minimum donation of HK$6,500.00. Oxfam reserves the right to refuse any team member to participate in any of the 「Trial Walker」 event in future if any team fail to fulfil the minimum donation criteria.


Enrolment : If you are physically fit for this challenge, please form your team and return the attached 「Enrolment Form」 to Sports Complex (LSC5) on or before 18 July 2006 by internal mailing or fax No. 2785-5522


Remarks : A briefing session about the Trailwalker will be held for team members in due course. PCCW Team uniform and food will be provided.
